It also represents the municipality before judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes, works to preserve the municipality’s financial and administrative rights, drafts contracts and agreements concluded by the municipality, provides legal opinions and advice, represents the municipality before courts and judicial authorities, and ensures that the municipality’s procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
